Day 16

One of my passions includes helping people to find purpose and meaning in their lives. I do this by helping them to explore and uncover ideas and visions that they are passionate about. But what are these ideas and visions and where do they come from?

Some ideas come from self-will as a means to better ourselves, our lives and even the lives around us, but are based off what we as humans think is going to benefit and make us happy. And some ideas come from our inner spiritual guidance as a means to better ourselves, our lives and even the lives of those around us, but are based off what our spiritual nature knows will benefit us and make us happy. Ideas that come from our self-will can sink and self-destruct. They leave us feeling empty, anxious and stressed. But our ideas that come from our spiritual nature tend to grow, blossom and become great. They provide us with a sense of fulfillment, passion, security and peace.

Do you base your decisions off self-will or spiritual guidance? It is human nature to avoid fear, worry and insecurity and make decisions based off our own self-will and desires. But when we have faith, it becomes our nature to trust and make decisions based off our inner spiritual guidance.

For Today

Let go of self-will and have faith in what will be. Take a moment to reflect on your ideas, passions and visions. Do you allow your ideas and visions to be spiritually led or do you make decisions based of your own desires and self-will? Your life is planned with purpose. Your purpose, your visions and the outcomes are already known. Spending time trying to control, change or fix those ideas causes fear, anxiety and insecurity and usually ends in failure. But allowing faith to lead your way grows a vision of success. Allow your visions to be blessed by making decisions based off faith, not self-will.

Peace and blessings,
Katie
